What To Expect
BEFORE
To ensure the most comfortable experience and the best possible outcome, there are a few things you can do prior to your treatment. If it is safe for you to do so, please refrain from taking aspirin, fish oils, omega fatty acids & from drinking alcohol for 72 hours prior to your visit as these can all thin the blood and increase your chance of bruising.
DURING
When you arrive, your visit will begin with a consultation with a nurse where you will have the opportunity to discuss the results you are looking to achieve.
Once a treatment plan has been established, your skin will be cleansed with an antiseptic solution. The injections will then be precisely administered into the targeted areas. The entire treatment takes between 30-45 minutes
AFTER
Being treated with Belotero carries a small recovery period and you can resume almost all your daily activities 24 hours after treatment.
We also advise that you do not engage in strenuous exercise for 24 hours following treatment as this can encourage bruising and swelling.
